Terms and Conditions - key points
With respect to “the Photographer”, in all cases noted below this refers to Susan Allan.
Copyright remains with the Photographer; any usage of these images must be approved by the Photographer.
In respect of all editorial uses and otherwise as additionally stated in the Estimate, the Client shall ensure that the Photographer’s name is printed on, or is in reasonable proximity to, all published reproductions of the Licensed Images.
Licensed usage of images may not commence until fees are paid in full (please note that the Licence For Use provided covers the named client and does not cover any affiliated parties).
For Brand shoots, the most appropriate package will be agreed with the client during the planning session.
Images may not be used in part or adapted in any way without the prior permission of the Photographer.
Clients may share the images on the basis that they must ensure the usage terms, as specified in the Licence for Use agreed in advance with the Client, are met by whoever the images are shared with; this includes ensuring accreditation wherever these images are used. Images may not be used out with the terms of the Licence for Use.
Clients will have exclusivity of specified images unless otherwise agreed in writing, and the Photographer may use all images for the purpose of promoting her services. Any additional use not already noted on the Licence for Use documentation requires the permission of the Photographer and may incur an additional usage fee.
